|04/06/2018||MikeDavis||I parked on Mill Road just beyond Cromford Wharf/Mill without any trouble if you are using a satnav the post code is DE4 3RQ and grid reference is SK 298 570 or thereabouts.||This is quite a gentle walk of approx 8 miles called Mills and Hills. Not many hills but a couple of interesting mills including Smedley mill which has I am told been in continuous production for over 200 years. Lots of industrial history on this walk but this is levened by a deer park, Florence Nightingales summer House and a woodland walk back to the car.|
